The making of
Sunhoney

A little summer, somewhere in the ’90s.

In the ’90s, my friends and I would ride our bikes to the corner store for those orange Flintstones push pops. I was a terrible bike rider, but I wasn’t missing that trip. It would be so hot that they’d start melting down our sweaty arms before we could finish them. Sticky hands, laughing with my friends, the ride home.

That’s where Sunhoney began. I wanted that juicy orange brightness, with tropical nectar, peach skin, and just a little vanilla underneath. Mostly, I wanted to keep a little of how those afternoons felt.
