Shipping policy

West Clay products are made and packed in small batches in Florida.

Shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes. For U.S. orders under $50, available shipping methods and charges are calculated by the carrier based on the destination and order details and are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Available delivery methods and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges when an order is returned because the address was entered incorrectly, incomplete, or undeliverable.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delays may occur outside our control. If tracking shows a problem or your order arrives damaged, contact hello@westclaycompany.com with your order number so we can help.

Returns

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. See our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.
