I’m obsessed with monarch butterflies. I’ve been making my garden a little home for them: milkweed, watering stations, places to perch, and zinnias everywhere. I love thinking about all the little things they might need. They’re such a small, beautiful part of the world, and getting to make a little space for them feels really special to me.
I wanted Monarch to hold a little of that wild garden feeling. Bare feet, something growing, the soil brushed off a strawberry + eaten before you even make it back inside. Fresh and earthy, with that cool little touch of mint. Like stepping into an overgrown garden with an ice-cold lemonade in your hand. The ice cubes clink in the glass - they were painstakingly frozen with homegrown spearmint and wild strawberries that slowly melt and swirl into the sweet citrusy drink.
